Coach's Comments
Renzo made an excellent impression in the elevator pitch. Very good eye contact and carried himself well. In the games he showed some good flashes and enjoyed playing in an advanced midfield role. He found himself in good areas of the field and was economical with the ball. He also seems to have a desire to learn and play at the next level.
Look to be more aggressive. - There were a couple of times in the game, where Renzo looked for a pass when the better/more decisive action would've been to take the shot.
Finding Space in a defensive situation - Often in the #10 role, when defending he would not be available to receive the ball should his team win the ball back.
Becoming more vocal - Renzo found himself in some good pockets, could've been more vocal to receive the ball.

Coach's Comments
Renzo is a very hard working player on the field who has a consistent work-rate. He does not shy away from battling in the middle of the field. He is very coachable with a great attitude for the game.
Work on getting your 1st touch out of pressure and/or where you are planning on playing - Getting your 1st touch out of pressure will enable you to consistently keep the ball as well as well as help you playmake from the CM position.
Look to find the ball more at your feet - You were an effective player for us at camp when you were able to find the ball. You should look to get as many touches as possible, especially in the middle of the field so that you can continue to be effective for your team.
Look to get more involved in the attack and take shots. - If you are one of the go-to guys on a team, the team may depend on you to lead not only with touches on the ball but possibly creating chances to score. If you cannot depend on your forwards (like at camp), look to be selfish at times and go to goal yourself more often.
